Human Resources Generalist (HRBP) (Bilingual Spanish) (Union exp)

Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits

As Human Resources Generalist (HRBP), you will:

- Join a manufacturer of metals for the automotive industry
- Join the Human Resource Department
- Support operations at the Company's Libertyville and Aurora Facilities
- Partner with employees and managers
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Drive recruiting / talent acquisition processes
- Facilitate employee relations and employee recognition initiatives
- Administer benefits programs
- Conduct performance management functions
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Investigate issues and initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and leadership teams on HR-matters
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Fluency in English and Spanish
- At least 5 years of HR / Human Resource / Human Resources
- HR Generalist and/or Human Resource Management experience
- Experience in a union environment

With:

- Recruiting experience
- Benefits Administration experience
- Employee Relations experience
- HRIS experience

Pluses:
