Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid WFH)

$80,000 to start plus full benefits
Hybrid WFH - 3 WFH and 2 In-Office Days Per Week

As Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

- Join an independent insurance and risk management company offering employee benefits and personal solutions
- Act as a liaison between multiple insurance carriers and your clients
- Communicate with both by phone and email
- Answer question and address inquiries
- Educate and inform your clients of their policy options
- Assist with policy selection processes
- Prepare and submit quotes, proposals and applications
- Administer changes and updates to client policies
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new policies
- Facilitate policy renewal processes for existing policies
- Cross-sell additional products as appropriate
- Maintain customer account information in the TAM database
- Conduct policy reviews and audits
- Produce routine and special reports
- Conduct routine, special and ad hoc analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Serve as an ongoing point of contact for your accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Experience in an independent insurance agency
- A Property & Casualty Insurance License (P&C License)
- Proficiency with Office 365
