Job Description:

Accounting / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
B2B Accounting Assistant

Up to $21.00 to start plus full benefits

As B2B Accounting Assistant, you will:

- Join a specialist in beauty and personal care products
- Become a member of the Accounting Team
- Receive complete training
- Administer accounts payable. accounts receivable, billing and collections processes
- Use the MAS90 ERP system (will train)
- Take, enter and process payments
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Review customer account status' and account agings
- Identify customers with past due and or delinquent accounts
- Reach out by phone and email to provide friendly payment reminders
- Notify customers of their late payments
- Provide supporting documentation upon request
- Negotiate mutually agreeable payment terms
- Help customer bring their accounts current
- Review supplier billings for accuracy and completeness
- Enter, process and distribute supplier payments
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets, customer and supplier account information
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- B2B Accounts Payable experience
- B2B Accounts Receivable experience
- B2B Collections experience

With:

- Experience with ANY ERP system
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ SAGE MAS90 experience
