Construction / Project Management / Estimating
Construction Estimator (Residential)

Up to $85,000 to start plus full benefits

As Residential Construction Estimator, you will:

- Join a specialist in luxury home building and remodeling
- Obtain request for proposals
- Contribute to proposal writing and bidding process
- Estimate costs for building and remodeling projects
- Review construction blueprints and drawings
- Project time, material and labor costs for each project
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Perform supplier/vendor management functions
- Facilitate purchasing processes
- Track material deliveries to jobsites
- Administer product returns as necessary
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Construction Estimating experience
- Residential Construction Estimating
- Supplier Management / Vendor Management experience

Pluses:

+++ SAGE Estimating and Buyout experience
