Construction Field Safety Manager

Up to $100,000 to start plus year-end bonus and full company-sponsored benefits

As Construction Field Safety Manager, you will:

- Promote, maintain and uphold the Company's Health and Safety Policies
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all field operations
- Work alongside the Safety Director
- Conduct new hire safety orientations
- Manage training and certification processes for all employees
- Perform safety audits and inspections at construction jobsites
- Ensure all Company equipment is in compliance with applicable standards
- Identify safety hazards
- Initiate corrective action as necessary
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Safety Programs and Policies
- Routinely monitor the efficacy of all Safety Programs and Polices
- Keep detailed records of hazards, incidents, accidents and near-misses
- Attend both jobsite and management meetings
- Drive continuous improvement efforts
- Manage special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of safety and compliance experience
- A Bachelor's Degree

With:

- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The willingness and ability to travel overnight (regionally) one or two times per month
