Tax Accounting Manager

Up to $170,000 to start plus full benefits

As Tax Accounting Manager, you will:

- Join a growing CPA firm serving the Chicagoland area
- Manage tax accounting processes for a group of existing clients
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Provide leadership, guidance, direction and oversight to Junior Tax Staff
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Plan client engagements
- Develop client-specific tax strategies
- Seek out cost savings and efficiencies wherever possible
- Prepare and/or review individual, corporate and partnership tax returns
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Uphold compliance requirements and quality standards

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- CPA Designation
- At least 10 years of Public Accounting experience
- Tax Preparation experience
