Accounts Receivable / Credit / Collections
Accounts Receivable - Consumer Collections (w/ Skip Tracing) (Auto)

Up to $44,000 to start plus incentives and full benefits
Anticipated earnings of 55k+ year one

JobGiraffe's client is a provider of financing to the automotive industry.

As Consumer Collections specialist, you will:

- Receive industry-specific training
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Reach out to customers with past-due and/or delinquent accounts
- Notify customers of their payment status
- Help customers bring their accounts current
- Take, enter and process payments
- Negotiate mutually agreeable payment arrangements as necessary
- Follow up as necessary until customers' debts are paid off
- Provide supporting documentation to customers upon request
- Use skip tracing processes to help locate customers who are unreachable
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information in the database
- Uphold compliance and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Collections / Debt Collection experience
- Consumer Collections experience
- Communication and Negotiation skills

With:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Third Party Collections experience
+++ B2B Collections experience
+++ Automotive Collections experience
