Accountant (Advisory Services)

Up to $125,000 to start plus bonus and full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is an established business advisory and CPA firm.

As Accountant you will:

- Receive a portfolio of clients
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Correspond with clients by phone, email, video chat and through in person consultations
- Coordinate various phases of engagements including scope, time-line, budget and expense limits
- Review working papers, financial statements and other pertinent documents
- Identify client needs and opportunities
- Oversee special assignments
- Provide training, coaching and oversight to Junior team members
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Uphold quality, compliance and regulatory standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate profile will include:

- CPA Designation

With:

- At least 5 years of Public Accounting experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance

With:

- Superior MS office skills, particularly with Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with ANY Tax Software

Pluses:

+++ A Master's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
