Job Description:

Customer Service / Business Development / Account Management
Customer Service Specialist and Account Manager

As Customer Service Specialist and Account Manager, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Be assigned a group of existing accounts
- Additionally, identify and qualify new leads
- Communicate with new and existing accounts by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Generate price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders
- Make updates to customer account information
- Provide post-sale support
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 1 year of Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience
- Related experience with PCB / Circuitry / Circuit Boards
