Manufacturing / Production / Operations
Manufacturing - Production Manager (Chemicals)

Up to $75,000 to start plus full benefits

As Production Manager, you will:

- Oversee production operations
- Supervise Team Leads, Quality Inspectors and 50+ Production Team Members
- Set daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Administer the production schedule
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Provide supervision, direction and support to Team Members
- Contribute to budgetary planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Seek out cost savings and efficiencies wherever possible
- Uphold SOPs, quality and compliance initiatives
- Identify poor quality, non-conforming and defective work product
- Initiate corrective action as necessary
- Arrange and schedule routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Contribute to hiring and training initiatives
- Generate routine and special reports
- Manage special projects

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Manufacturing Production
- At least 1 year of Production Supervision experience

Pluses:

+++ Fluency in Spanish
+++ An Associate's, Bachelor's Degree or related Technical Training
