Manufacturing - Quality Engineering Manager

Up to $150,000 plus full company-sponsored benefits

As Quality Engineering Manager, you will:

- Manage the Quality Engineering Department
- Develop, apply and maintain quality standards for processes, materials and products
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Team Members
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Hire, train and onboard new Team Members
- Serve as an ongoing resource for new and existing employees
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Strive to establish best practice
- Administer Quality Management Systems
- Troubleshoot quality and employee performance issues as they arise
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Monitor Department budgets
- Seek out cost savings and efficiencies where possible
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Handle special projects
-Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 5 years of Quality Engineering Management experience
- A Bachelor's Degree

With:

- APQP / PPAP experience
- Statistical Process Controls (SPC) experience
- Process Flow Diagrams and Control Plans
- ISO90001 experience
- 13485 experience
- IATF 16949 experience
- AS 9100 experience
- A Bachelor's Degree

Pluses:

+++ Six Sigma Black Belt
