Job Description:

CNC / CNC Programming / CNC Milling Machine
CNC - Mastercam Mill Programmer (w/ CAD)

Up to $45.00 per hour plus full benefits and performance bonus

JobGiraffe's client is a Custom Automation machine builder and Systems Integrator.

As Mastercam Mill Programmer you will:

- Receive industry-specific training
- Utilize a wide-variety of tools including drilling, lathes, milling machines and grinders
- Review samples, drawings, work instructions and customer specifications
- Take measurements
- Select appropriate machining methodologies for each project
- Stage materials, setup and program machines
- Monitor machines during each production run, making adjustments as necessary
- Conduct quality checks on work in progress as well as completed work product
- Identify poor quality, defective and non-conforming work product
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery
- Uphold safety, compliance and quality standards
- Ensure your area remains neat and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Mastercam Mill experience
- CAD experience
- Drilling experience
- Lathe experience
- Grinding experience

Pluses:

+++ SolidWorks experience
