Emissions Machine Technician (CEMS)

$40.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in environmental compliance and regulation.

As Emissions Machine Technician, you will:

- Join a specialist in air emissions testing and monitoring systems
- - Travel, both locally and nationally to client job sites (few days at each site)
- Learn to install new continuous emission monitoring systems
- Learn to perform routine and preventative maintenance on existing systems and equipment
- Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair broken and/or malfunctioning equipment
- Provide technical support by phone, email and in person
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Uphold safety, compliance and quality standards
- Learn to repair in-house equipment as necessary
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems Technician (CEMS)

With:

- A valid Driver's License
- Basic math skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The willingness to learn how to use hand tools and test equipment
- The ability to lift up to 80lbs on occasion
