Construction - Multi-Site Residential Construction Superintendent (w/ Carpentry) (Remodeling)

Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits

As Construction Superintendent, you will:

- Join a specialist in design/build residential construction projects
- Manage custom luxury single family home construction and remodeling projects
- Manage multiple project simultaneously
- Use project management software to facilitate construction administration processes
- Review layouts and construction drawings
- Make changes and adjustments to existing designs as required
- Uphold project timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Identify material and labor costs for each project
- Coordinate with purchasing teams, vendors and field crews
- Provide onsite support throughout each project
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 5 years of Construction Superintendent and/or Construction Manager experience
- At least 3 years of Residential Construction Management experience
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pluses:

+++ Experience with high-end luxury design/build and renovation projects
+++ 10+ years of Field Supervision experience
