Real Estate - Sales Representative (Home Remodeling)

Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits and commissions (Anticipated earnings of 150k to 300k within 1-3 years)

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in residential design build construction projects for home renovations and remodels

As Sales Representative for home remodeling you will:

- Design and Sell sing-family residential large-scale additions, renovations and tear downs/custom homes
- Receive qualified leads
- Set appointments with qualified leads
- Learn about each customers unique needs
- Create project scopes and budgets
- Present designs to customers
- Make adjustments to existing designs as requested
- Create and obtain signatures on contracts
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Design/Build Sales experience
- Construction Design experience
- Experience with 'upscale'/'more expensive' home design/redesign projects

Pluses:

+++ A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design or Construction Management or similar
+++ Experience with ANY Drawing Software and/or Hand Sketching
