Manufacturing - Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) (Will Train)

Up to $60,000 to start plus full benefits

Second Shift - Monday through Friday - 3:30P to 12:00A

As Production Supervisor, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Supervise manufacturing production line activities on the warehouse floor
- Oversee the application of performance coatings on metal parts
- Administer the production schedule
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to team members
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Uphold safety, quality and performance standards
- Seek out cost savings and efficiencies wherever possible
- Conduct quality checks on production activity
- Provide ongoing training, support and coaching to new and existing team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Production Supervision experience
- Computer and Data Entry skills

With:

- The ability to cover various shifts as requested

Pluses:

+++ Power Coating, E-Coating and/or Painting experience
+++ Safety and/or Quality experience
