Job Description:

Accounting / Bookkeeping / Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable Specialist

Up to $65,000 to start plus full company-sponsored benefits

As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Match invoices against purchase orders to confirm charges
- Code invoices for tax and archival purposes
- Upload supporting documentation
- Enter, process and distribute payments
- Apply payments to accounts
- Review and process expense reports
- Assist with month end close processes
- Reconcile accounts
- Serve as a resource for vendors and internal teams on AP-related matters
- Identify, research and resolve errors, omissions and discrepancies
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

With:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
