Job Description:

Leasing / Community Management / Property Management
Leasing Agent (Senior Living)

$45,000 to start plus commissions, Medical Insurance and PTO

As Retirement Counselor /Leasing Agent, you will:

- Join a luxury senior rental community
- Receive complete training
- Support leasing and community management processes
- Receive warm leads
- Contact perspective residents by phone and email
- Arrange and schedule tours
- Learn each resident's unique needs
- Show units and explain community amenities
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Administer rental agreements
- Assist with community marketing events and programs
- Run routine and special reports
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Leasing experience
- Community Management or similar experience
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Senior Living Community experience
+++ Yardi experience
+++ Salesforce experience
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
