Human Resources - Corporate Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish)

Up to $80,000 to start plus full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a manufacturer of packaging solutions for industry.

As Corporate Recruiter, you will:

- Receive industry-specific training
- Recruit for a variety of skill and job types, both manufacturing and office-based
- Conduct full cycle recruitment processes
- Review job requisitions for open positions
- Write and post ads to job boards
- Additionally, utilize passive talent engagement processes, sourcing talent through social media, networking, job fairs, refferals, workforce development agencies and college recruitment
- Review applicants against job requirements for open requisitions
- Arrange and schedule interviews
- Contribute to interviewing and candidate selection processes
- Extend job offers
- Facilitate background and reference checking processes
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Administer the HRIS to manage candidate data
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Contribute to employee engagement and employee recognition efforts
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Corporate Recruiting / Corporate Recruiter experience
- Experience recruiting for both office-based and manufacturing jobs
- Experience with ANY Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- MS Office proficiency

Pluses:
