Manufacturing - Maintenance Technician

$36.00 per hour plus full benefits

Second and Third Shift Opportunities are available:
Second Shift: 2PM to 10PM
Third Shift: 10PM to 6AM

As Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will:

- Receive industry specific training
- Receive and review maintenance schedules
- Review blueprints and schematics as necessary
- Perform scheduled routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and building systems
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. production and building equipment
- Identify, troubleshoot and diagnose broken, malfunctioning and/or defective machinery and systems
- Break down machines/equipment and make emergency repairs as necessary
- Reassemble, test and calibrate machines/systems once repairs are complete
- Assist machine operators with set-ups, material changes and tooling changes
- Install new equipment
- Track equipment inventories
- Ensure equipment and areas remain, clean, neat and organized
- Pickup parts using a company van as requested
- Document your maintenance and repair activities
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Manufacturing Maintenance / Industrial Maintenance experience

With:

- Mechanical experience
- Electrical experience
- Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Computer and Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
