Entry-Level Account Manager (Logistics) (With Training)

$50,000 to start plus full benefits and commissions

JobGiraffe's client is a growing freight brokerage specializing in connecting customers to the right logistics/transportation providers.

As Entry-Level Account Manager, you will:

- Cultivate relationships with new transportation carriers across the US and Canada
- Secure transportation carriers that will partner with the company to transport customer freight
- Identify, engage and qualify new transportation carriers
- Reach out by phone and email
- Negotiate agreements and onboard new transportation carriers
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Arrange shipments on behalf of customers with transportation carriers
- Identify carriers with the best terms and rates that meet customer requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- An interest in starting a career in sales
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
