Sales Management - Construction Sales Trainer

Up to $150,000 to start plus full benefits and bonus opportunities

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in residential design build construction projects for home renovations and remodels.

As Sales Trainer, you will:

- Receive industry specific training
- Create, develop, deploy and execute sales training programs and strategies
- Conduct sales training sessions
- Educate in-home design consultants
- Establish sales methodologies and techniques
- Optimize sales presentation processes
- Identify and employ technologies to strengthen trainings and sales operations
- Seek to codify best practice
- Collaborate with leadership teams
- Conduct individual performance, team performance and sales process evaluations
- Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts for sales trainings and employee development
- Create training materials, resources and manuals across a variety of mediums
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Sales Management / Sales Manager experience
- Sales Training / Sales Trainer experience
- Consultative Selling skills

With:

- The willingness and ability to travel to the Hinsdale, IL office once or twice per week as necessary

Pluses:

+++ In-home consultative sales experience
+++ Residential home remodeling knowledge and/or experience
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
