Accounting - Construction Accounts Payable (w/ Sage)

Up to $60,000 to start plus full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in residential construction and remodeling services.

As Construction Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

- Review supplier billings for accuracy and completeness
- Learn to code invoices supplier invoices
- Enter, process and distribute supplier payments
- Post/apply supplier billings to the accounting system
- Review and approve expense reports
- Assist with job costing processes
- Conduct post-payment reconciliations
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Serve as a resource for suppliers and internal teams on AP-related matters
- Assist with month end close processes
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports
- Run additional routine and ad hoc reports
- Conduct routine, special and ad hoc analysis
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

With:

- Sage Software experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- An Associate's Degree or Higher
