Warehouse / Manufacturing / Supervisory
Factory Assistant Supervisor (Night Shift)

$27.50 per hour to start plus full benefits

4 Day Week - Monday Through Thursday - 4:30PM to 3AM

JobGiraffe's client is a manufacturer of Electrical Products

As Factory Assistant Supervisor, you will:

- Receive industry-specific training
- Report to the Night Shift Supervisor
- Handle Supervisor duties in the absence of the Supervisor
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Night Shift Team Members
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Serve as a resource for new and existing personnel
- Assist with onboarding and training processes for new team members
- Learn to setup, operate, adjust and maintain machinery
- Oversee team members as they perform their duties
- Take a hands-on approach, pitching in alongside the team
- Administer warehouse documentation and the ERP system
- Perform inventory control and material planning functions
- Uphold safety, compliance and quality standards
- Ensure the area remains neat and orderly
- Oversee time and attendance processes
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Manufacturing / Factory experience
- At least 3 years of Supervisory experience

With:

- Sit Down Forklift experience
- Stand-Up Forklift experience
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic Math skills
