Job Description:

Accounting / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Accounting - Legal Biller

Up to $60,000 per year plus full benefits

As Legal Biller, you will:

- Review client billing information for accuracy and completeness
- Create and distribute client billings
- Take, enter and process payments
- Post/apply payments to client accounts
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and client account information
- Monitor client account status' and agings
- Reach out to clients with past due and/or delinquent payments
- Help customers bring their accounts current
- Review supplier billings and expense reports for accuracy and completeness
- Submit approved payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Identify, research and resole errors, omissions and discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain manual and electronic client files
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Accounts Receivable experience
- Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Legal Billing experience
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
