Territory Sales Representative (Disaster Restoration) (Construction)

Up to $95,000 to start plus commissions and full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a provider of environmental servivces, specializing in emergency and disaster response, cleanup and restoration.

As Territory Sales Representative, you will:

- Receive industry-specific training
- Support business development activities
- Cultivate and develop relationships with commercial sales leads
- Utilize networking, lead generation, social media and tradeshows to grow your account base
- Identify, engage and qualify sales targets
- Arrange meetings and appointments
- Deliver presentations and create proposals
- Address questions and inquiries
- Prepare and negotiate contracts
- Close sales and onboard new clients
- Provide additional post-sale support
- Stay informed on industry and competitor trends
- Create sales plans and run reports
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Sales / Business Development experience from the Disaster Restoration, Construction, Property Management or similar industry
