Manufacturing - Maintenance Supervisor

Up to $120,000 to start plus full benefits

As Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will:

- Receive industry specific training
- Administer maintenance schedules
- Oversee maintenance department personnel and activities
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to maintenance personnel
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Review blueprints and schematics as necessary
- 'Pitch-in' alongside your team as performing scheduled routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and building systems
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. production and building equipment
- Identify, troubleshoot and diagnose broken, malfunctioning and/or defective machinery and systems
- Break down machines/equipment and make emergency repairs as necessary
- Reassemble, test and calibrate machines/systems once repairs are complete
- Assist machine operators with set-ups, material changes and tooling changes
- Make recommendations about new equipment and upgrades/modernizations of existing equipment
- Install new equipment
- Administer the maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Manage equipment inventories
- Perform vendor management functions
- Ensure equipment and areas remain, clean, neat and organized
- Oversee grounds maintenance functions
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Hire, train and onboard new team members
- Serve as a resource and point of escalation for new and existing personnel
- Pickup parts using a company van as requested
- Document your maintenance and repair activities
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor experience

With:

- Mechanical experience
- Electrical experience
- Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Computer and Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

And:

- The willingness and ability to also support operations at the Company's facility in Waupun, WI (Expenses Paid By Company)

Pluses:

+++ Related Food Safety experience
+++ Related experience from the packaging industry
+++ An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree and/or related Certification(s) or Training(s)
