Job Description:

Customer Service / Order Entry / Sales Support
Account Manager (w/ NetSuite) (w/ CRM)

Up to $60,000 to start plus full benefits and bonuses totaling up to and additional 10k

JobGiraffe's client is a leading distributor of industrial filtration solutions.

As Account Manager, you will:

- Receive industry-specific training
- Learn to support mechanical contractor accounts
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and Senior Account Managers
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
- Communicate by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services as appropriate
- Create price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders
- Update customer account information
- Provide post-sale support
- Monitor inventory supply levels and open orders
- Arrange customer shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Customer Service and/or Account Management experience
- Sales Support experience
- CRM Software experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ NetSuite Proficiency
