IT / Technical Support / Help Desk
IT Technical Support and Help Desk Specialist

Up to $36.06 per hour to start plus full benefits

As IT Technical Support and Help Desk Specialist, you will:

- Join a distributor of industrial equipment for industry
- Receive complete training
- Provide phone, email and in-person support
- Respond to requests for technical assistance
- Troubleshoot issues with PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, networks/connectivity, phones and software
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Document your activities
- Escalate complex issues to third party IT providers
- Administer installation and update processes for software and equipment
- Make updates and improvements to the website and to marketing and content management systems
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
- A Bachelor's Degree

With:

- SharePoint proficiency
- Power Automate proficiency
- Google Suite proficiency
- Enterprise Resource Planning and Website Content Management Systems proficiency
- iPhone and iPad technical support experience
- Coding experience (any language)
