Customer Service / Retail Sales / Cashiering
Retail Manager (Bilingual Hebrew)

Up to $22.00 per hour plus bonuses, commissions and great benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in the monuments and memorials industry.

As Retail Manager, you will:

- Manage and oversee a large showroom
Learn to design, promote and sell monuments
- Communicate with customers by phone, email and through in-person consultation
- Greet visitors to the showroom
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Make product suggestions upon request
Learn to assist with product design processes
- Create price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders
- Monitor open orders
- Make changes and adjustments to existing orders as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
Ensure the showroom remains neat and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Fluency in Hebrew
- At least 5 years of Commission Sales and/or Retail Sales experience
- Computer and Data Entry skills

Pluses:

+++ SAP experience
+++ Drawing/Sketching experience
