Job Description:

Manufacturing / Production / CNC Machine Operation
CNC Machine Operator (GD&T) (G-Code)

up to $35.00 per hour plus full benefits

As CNC Machine Operator, you will:

- Join an established machine shop
- Receive machine-specific training
- Operate 3-axis mills, 5 axis mills, horizontal mills, dual-spindle lathe (with live tooling) and 5-axis machine centers (mill head with turning turret)
- Review work instructions, blueprints and drawings
- Setup and adjust machines, utilizing G-Code
- Initiate and monitor machine runs
- Conduct quality inspections and take measurements on completed work product
- Identify and quarantine poor quality and non-conforming work product
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Learn to perform basic maintenance on production machinery
- Uphold quality, safety and compliance standards
- Ensure your area remains neat and orderly
- Provide additional cross-functional support on the production floor as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:'

- CNC Machine Operation / CNC Machine Operator
- CNC Mill / CNC Milling Machine experience
- CNC Lathe / CNC Lathe Operation

With:

- GD&T experience
- G-Code experience
- Blueprint Reading experience
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Pluses:

+++ Related experience with products for the Medical and/or Aerospace Industries
