Customer Service - Fluid Handling Machinery Support (w/ SAP)

Up to $55,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits

As Fluid Handling Machinery Support Specialist, you will:

- Receive complete training
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Provide information on products, parts, prices and availability
- Learn to review and interpret customer blueprints, drawings and project specifications
- Learn to use blueprints, drawings and project specifications to prepare customer proposals and price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders
- Arrange and track deliveries
- Monitor open orders
- Generate and distribute billings
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 2 years of Customer Service, Customer Support or similar
- Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products
- Mechanical skills, experience reviewing and interpreting blueprints and/or schematics
- Inventory / Order Processing Software
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ SAP-B1 experience
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
