Manufacturing / Production / Machine Operation
Manufacturing - Machine Operator (w/ Fanuc)

Up to $27.00 per hour plus full benefits

As Machine Operator, you will:

- Join a designer, manufacturer and distributor of forming rolls and other machinery
- Operate Okuma DGM Mori Seiki CNC Machines
- Utilize Fanuc Controls
- Report to the Shop Foreman
- Review customer project specifications, drawings and work instructions
- Setup and program machinery
- Stage all required materials
- Initiate production runs
- Monitor machines during each production run
- Conduct periodic quality checks and spot audits of work product
- Identify and quarantine poor quality, defective and/or malfunctioning work product
- Make machine adjustments as necessary
- Take measurements and perform quality checks on completed work product
- Document your production activity
- Provide additional cross-functional support within the shop as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- CNC Machine Operation / CNC Machine Operator experience
- Fanuc Controls experience

Pluses:

+++ Okuma CNC experience
+++ DMG Mori Seiki CNC experience
