Recruiting Coordinator - Bilingual Spanish
Up to $45,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits
Northwest Suburbs - Wauconda Area

As the Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Developing candidate sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Gaining access to active and passive job candidate sources
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings
- Working with hiring managers to create recruiting plans
- Writing, posting and updating job listings
- Recruiting candidates through a variety of sources
- Identifying the recruiting tools that yield the best results
- Implementing recruiting strategies for peak hiring seasons
- Attending job fairs and community events
- Updating and maintaining the Company's applicant tracking system
- Updating and maintaining the recruiting checklist
- Maintaining and updating the Company's career page, social media pages and overall presence across recruiting platforms
- Assisting with the reference and background checking process for new employees
- Administering new hire paperwork and onboarding new employees
- Assisting with the employee performance evaluation process
- Making recommendations for system, strategy and process improvements
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish [Read, Write, Speak]

- At least one year of Recruiting experience

- Any amount of Human Resource Generalist experience

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, especially in Human Resource Management or similar

+++ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially the ICIMS ATS

+++ Experience recruiting maintenance personnel and manual labor employees

+++ Knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment rules and regulations.
