Customer Service Coordinator
National Account Management
Up to $50,000 to start plus benefits

As a Customer Service Coordinator and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning about the Company's universally recognized and adorable collectibles
- Providing full cycle customer service and support to National Accounts
- Coordinating all EDI order processing
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all internal and external customers requiring EDI transactions
- Assisting National Accounts with use of Customer Portals
- Managing orders from point of entry through inventory checks and confirmation of delivery requirements
- Overseeing all pricing, discounts and final invoicing
- Allocating products to National Accounts as required
- Providing periodic order status updates
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise
- Issuing customer credits and providing return goods authorizations as appropriate
- Generating routine and special reports in Excel
- Expanding your product knowledge by continuously learning about the firm's multiple product lines and specialty items
- Traveling to meet with National Accounts 1-2 times per year (travel paid at company expense)

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Experience using an Electronic Data Interchange [EDI] system
- At least two years of Customer Service and/or Account Manager experience


- Experience handling orders from inception through delivery and invoicing
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize Pivot Tables and Vlookups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

- Consumer Packaged Goods [CPG] Industry experience +++
- Any Associate's or Bachelor's Degree +++
- Experience with Customer Portals +++
- Supply chain and/or logistics experience +++
- Knowledge of Sequel:: SQL Time +++
