Technical Account Manager
Mechanical / Electrical Drive Systems
Up to $85,000 per year to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits and bonuses

As a Technical Account Manager, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning about the Company's mechanical and electrical drive and power train systems
- Serving as a primary point-of-contact and resource for your assigned clients
- Establishing relationships with your clients
- Learning about each of your clients' unique business needs
- Maintaining up-to-date client account information in the CRM database
- Gathering technical specifications for product design and development use
- Preparing technical sales quotes and contracts
- Ordering samples as required
- Assisting with the installation of drive systems at client locations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Initiating corrective action as necessary
- Increasing the distributor network throughout the US and Canada
- Performing inventory control functions
- Preparing reports and conducting analysis
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing tools
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least three years of similar / related / relevant Account Management, Sales or Marketing experience with electrical and/or mechanical engineered products
- The ability to comprehend and articulate the functions and diverse applications of Drive and Power Systems (mechanical and electrical)
- A Bachelor's Degree


- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


- The willingness and ability to travel to tradeshows, customers locations and company facilities (up to 40%) all paid at company expense
