Job Description:

Office / Clerical / Customer Support
Clerical Office Assistant

As Clerical Office Assistant, you will:

- Answer the main phone line
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Take and distribute messages
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Update customer account information in the database
- Update spreadsheets and lists in Microsoft Excel
- Create routine and special correspondence
- Prepare meeting materials
- Arrange and order catering for meetings and luncheons
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mail
- Monitor office equipment and office supply levels
- Make sure the office remains neat and orderly
- Assist with special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

$40,000 to start plus full benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of Reception, Customer Support, Administrative or Clerical Office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
