Accounts Payable Analyst (80% WFH)
Salary: Up to $60,500 to start plus great benefits and annual bonus of up to 20%

Accounts Payable Analyst (80% WFH)
Once training is complete, WFH 4 days per week, in office Thursdays
As Accounts Payable Analyst, you will
- Receive complete training
- Join the Accounting Department
- Learn to support international trade processes
- Monitor Accounts Payable agings, account balances
- Review overseas supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Enter, process and administer supplier payments
- Learn to calculate foreign exchange gains and losses on currency transactions
- Make journal entries for cash disbursements
- Assist with month and year end close processes
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve errors, omissions and discrepancies
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Related experience from a Corporate Accounting environment
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRST, GAAS, Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Reporting
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
