Clerical / Administrative / Data Entry
Customer Support - Order Entry Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

Up to $24.00 per hour plus full benefits
With $5,000 Sign On Bonus and additional Performance Bonuses

As Order Entry Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning to enter and process orders in the ERP system
- Checking purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Learning to create new work orders and administer adjustments to existing work orders
- Performing additional document review and document control functions
- Updating to lists, spreadsheets and file systems
- Communicating with customers phone and email as necessary
- Handling special projects and other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Data Entry and/or Order Entry experience
- Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products

With:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Fluency in Spanish
+++ QuickBooks experience
