Real Estate - Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Start with Guaranteed Base Salary of up to 5k per month
After first 3-6 months, transition into draw against commissions compensation structure
After 1st year, anticipated earnings of 100k+

JobGiraffe's client is a builder of semi-custom home communities.

As Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:

- Be onsite in the model home in a new community of semi-custom build residences
- Receive warm leads through the company's website and through social media
- Utilize prospecting and networking to generate additional leads
- Show homes to prospective buyers
- Explain home features, custom options and community amenities
- Answer questions and address inquiries as they arise
- Write, negotiate, finalize and execute contracts
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Sales or Business Development experience
