Customer Service / Order Entry / Team Lead
Customer Service and Order Entry Team Lead
Up to $55,000 to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As Customer Service and Order Entry Team Lead, you will:
- Learn to provide service and support to large national accounts
- Learn to collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales Teams
- Communicate with representatives from large national accounts by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Coordinate processes for high-volume and multi-state orders
- Learn to create merchandising assortments and planograms
- Make product and product assortment suggestions as appropriate
- Take, enter and process orders
- Make updates to customer account information
- Administer adjustments and cancellations to existing orders as necessary
- Monitor and track open orders as well as inventory supply levels
- Collaborate with the Buyer on procurement processes for product reorders
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 5 years of Customer Service experience
- Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
With:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ EDI experience
+++ Experience with online customer order portals
+++ Experience supporting retail accounts
