Data Entry / Administrative / Order Coordination
Order Coordinator
Up to $28.85 per hour plus full benefits
As Order Coordinator, you will:
- Join a manufacturer of industrial equipment and systems
- Receive complete training
- Learn to review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
- Take, enter and process customer orders
- Make updates to customer account information
- Learn to place purchase orders with suppliers
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Take, enter and process supplier invoices
- Apply payments to supplier accounts
- Upload supporting documentation to the database
- Track open customer and supplier orders
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Provide periodic status updates to customers and internal teams on open orders
- Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Customer Service experience
- Order Entry / Order Processing experience
- Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
With:
- Fast and accurate Data Entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
