Job Description:

Property Management / Administrative / Operations
Property Manager and Operations Administrator

JobGiraffe's client is an established senior living community.

Up to $55,000 to start plus Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account and PTO

As Property Manager and Operations Administrator, you will:

- Support and assist the Executive Director
- Collaborate with the Social Activities Coordinator
- Coordinate office, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and building services
- Uphold budgets and community quality standards
- Administer Yardi Software
- Process payments and charges
- Make updates to lists and spreadsheets
- Run routine and special reports
- Create routine and special correspondence
- Participate in meetings and take notes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and complaints as they arise
- Process work orders
- Arrange and schedule building services as necessary
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Participate in meetings and take notes
- Oversee special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- Property Management experience
- Experience overseeing housekeeping staff
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Related experience from a senior living community
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ Property Management Certification(s)
