Writing / Editing / Program Development
Sales Training Curriculum Development Specialist (80% WFH)
Up to $78,000 to start plus full benefits
Train 2-3 days per week in office
Once training is complete, 4 WFH days and 1 in office day per week
JobGiraffe's client is an established Sales Consultancy Firm.
As Sales Training Curriculum Development Specialist, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Perform a combination of Document Review, Document Control and Document Production activities
- Support the Project Management Team
- Write and create new client collateral
- Edit and format existing client collateral
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Create manuals, program hand-outs and presentations
- Run routine and special reports
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Assist with calendaring and scheduling processes
- Ensure timely document production and distribution
- Identify, research and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 5 years of Training, Curriculum and/or Program Development experience
- Experience creating training materials
- Editing, Grammar and Punctuation skills
- Advanced Writing skills
With:
- Adobe Acrobat experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Pluses:
+++ A Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism or similar
+++ Bilingual Fluency in any language
+++ Experience with Sales/Marketing methodology and processes
+++ Experience with Copyrights and Trademarks
+++ Experience with translations/translators
+++ Knowledge of Project Management Software and Cloud Storage
