Office / Administrative / Service Coordination
Office Manager and Service Administrator (Construction Services)
Up to $70,000 per year to start plus full benefits
JobGiraffe's client is a designs and builds outdoor living areas and features for homes throughout the Chicago Area.
As , you will:
- Receive Industry-specific training
- Perform general office management duties
- Additionally, assist and support the Service Manager on Service Administration activities
- Serve as a liaison between the Service Department and customers
- Answer the main phone line
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Take and distribute messages
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Obtain service requests and create service tickets / work orders
- Prepare and administer service contracts and customer proposals
- Perform scheduling and calendaring functions
- Dispatch Field Service Technicians to job sites
- Enter and process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Office Management experience
- Service Coordination / Project Coordination experience
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
+++ Service Department experience or similar
+++ Related Construction and/or Trades Industry experience or similar
