Office / Administrative / Project Coordination
Entry-Level Project Coordinator (WFH) (Commercial Disaster Restoration)
Up to $60,000 to start plus full benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11PM
Live in proximity to Schaumburg, IL and be able to WFH
JobGiraffe's client is a provider of environmental services, specializing in emergency and disaster response, cleanup and restoration.
As Entry-Level Project Coordinator, you will:
- Receive industry-specific training
- Learn to perform a combination of general office, administrative and project coordination experience
- Learn to perform project tracking and project administration functions
- Learn to conduct project-specific research
- Learn to run routine and special reports
- Learn to conduct routine, special and ad-hoc analysis
- Learn to perform scheduling and calendaring functions
- Learn to perform supplier management functions
- Learn to administer project documentation
- Create routine and special correspondence
- Perform additional document review, document control and document processing activities
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information
- Learn to close out completed projects
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 years of Administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
+++ Related experience from the Commercial Disaster Restoration, Commercial Construction, Commercial Property Management or similar industry
+++ ANY Compliance, Safety and/or Administrative Quality Control experience
