Valuation and Due Diligence Specialist
Transaction Advisory Consultant
$100,000 and up to start plus annual bonus and outstanding company-sponsored benefits

You can choose to work from either the Downtown Chicago office (near Union Station) or the Deerfield office of our Client.

As a Transaction Advisory Consultant, part of the Valuation, Audit and Due Diligence Team, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Performing financial due diligence on middle market companies
- Aggregating, manipulating and analyzing target company data to identify and project:

> Financial and operating trends
> Quality of earnings
> Working capital considerations
> Potential liabilities and risks

Additional duties include:

- Advising clients on how to maximize opportunities, while minimizing risks related to M & A ( Mergers and Acquisitions ) activity
- Providing clients with recommendations in the context of valuation and deal structuring alternatives
- Developing and proposing creative solutions for clients
- Interfacing with senior executives of clients and target companies
- Interacting and networking with attorneys, lenders and investment bankers
- Managing and prioritizing team responsibilities and proactively consulting with Managers, Directors and Partners
- Working on multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously
- Developing relationships with current and prospective clients
- Identifying market opportunities and articulating the Company's value proposition to current and prospective clients
- Onboarding, training and supervising Associates
- Performing other duties and assisting with special projects as necessary

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of experience with valuation, audit or other advisory services relating to Mergers and Acquisitions, Roll Ups, Buy Outs or similar corporate financial engagements from within an accounting, audit or consulting environment
