Talent Acquisition Manager
Up to $90,000 to start plus generous annual bonus and outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning all relevant HR policies, procedures and processes of the Company
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers and local HR Teams to determine staffing needs
- Recommending appropriate recruiting strategies for sourcing top talent
- Proactively creating strong organizational talent pipelines through successful networking and partnership strategies
- Composing job descriptions for open positions
- Writing recruitment advertisements
- Posting recruitment advertisements to relevant job boards, social media platforms, state employment agencies and professional associations
- Evaluating resumes submitted for open positions and identifying the most relevant job candidates
- Conducting initial phone screens to identify top talent and narrow the candidate pool
- Making recommendations to Hiring Managers and coordinating in-person interviews
- Partnering with local HR teams in support of the end-to-end talent management life cycle
- Creating and distributing quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Tracking recruiting key performance indicators [KPIs] to develop and strengthen best practices
- Analyzing employee turnover and retention rates to forecast future hiring needs
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal rules, regulations and guidelines
- Managing special projects and performing other duties as necessary

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of full cycle recruiting / talent acquisition experience
- At least two years of related HR experience from within a medium or large corporate environment [100+ employees]
- Any Bachelor's Degree

In addition to the following qualifications:

- The ability to identify top talent
- Experience conducting structured behavior-based interviews
- Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems [ATS] and Human Resource Information Systems [HRIS]
- The willingness and ability to travel up to 50% [all expenses paid]
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficiency with posting to popular social media platforms
- Above-average overall computer proficiency
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building skills

- The ability to express your opinion and credibly influence others
- Poise and professionalism
- The ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment
