Will Train as Trade Promotion Coordinator
Up to $48,000 to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As a Trade Promotion Coordinator, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning to identify and track promotional marketing activities between partners
- Classifying trade expenditures (special pricing, custom display fixtures, product demonstrations, product tasting, value-added bonuses, no-obligation gifts, etc.)
- Ensuring that trade expenditures comply with Company policies and procedures
- Coordinating trade spending with Zone Managers using electronic deal sheets
- Entering promotional programs into the company system
- Making updates to product pricing information as necessary
- Acting as a liaison between customers and various company departments
- Ensuring that invoices, historical sales data and customer account information are accurate and up-to-date
- Troubleshooting and resolving order price, promotion and payment discrepancies / problems
- Issuing customer credits as appropriate
- Providing support to Trade Analysts upon request
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- EITHER a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and/or Accounting or similar with related office experience while attending school

- OR at least two years of on-the-job general accounting, accounts receivable, trade promotion, pricing administration and/or pricing coordination experience
