Customer Service - National Account Manager
Up to $60,000 to start plus superior company-sponsored benefits
Chicago - Near Midway Airport

As a National Account Manager, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Becoming familiar with the various types of replacement parts, installation essentials and accessories sold by the firm
- Being assigned multiple national accounts to manage
- Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Establishing each account's correct product mix
- Ensuring all information relating to your customer's regular product mix (content such as product descriptions, product specs and photos) are up-to-date and ready for each account's unique use
- Ensuring each account's products are available for pre-determined delivery turn around times
- Preparing and analyzing your account's sales data
- Generating reports
- Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to better serve your accounts
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues on behalf of your accounts
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least two years of Account Management, Sales Support and/or Senior Customer Service experience

- A Bachelor's Degree

- The willingness and ability to work every other Saturday from 8AM to 1PM


- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Advanced communication skills
- Relationship management skills


+++ Experience with eCommerce product content, product catalogs and product assortments

+++ Experience working with Walmart, Grainer or Amazon eCommerce portals

+++ Prior experience working for a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
